The Proprietors & Staff

Cumberland Court is under the personal supervision of the proprietors,
Paul and Julie Piercy. The proprietors are supported by a team of carefully
selected and trained staff led by a full time manager, deputy manager and
weekend manager. Our staff are carefully chosen bearing in mind their
skills and experience. References are always taken up with previous employers and
full CRB disclosures are applied for in accordance with statutory
requirements. Staff receive formal induction as well as ongoing training
and are encouraged to study for NVQs and other relevant qualifications.
